Accommodation has been secured at the Conference venue, Hotel Grand Chancellor, at a special conference rate. The rates published below are only available when booking accommodation as part of your registration.

If you have already registered to attend the conference and now wish to book accommodation at the conference venue, please email your arrival and departure dates and room requirements to lucy@laevents.com.au.

Prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Reservations require a valid credit card to secure the booking.

Accommodation bookings cancelled more than 30 days out from arrival incur no penalty.

Accommodation bookings cancelled less than 30 days and more than 7 days out from arrival incur a cancellation fee of 1 night’s accommodation, unless we are able to resell the room to another delegate.

Cancellation of room nights within 7 days will incur the full accommodation amount.
